Casa Bella is a family-run collection of vacation and extended-stay apartments in Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Since 2020, we have focused on offering well-equipped homes, direct communication, and the kind of personal attention that is difficult to find in large rental operations. We manage our properties closely ourselves — from guest communication and reservations to cleaning, maintenance, and day-to-day property care — so when you stay with Casa Bella, you always know who is looking after your experience.
Founder & Host
Karen oversees the guest experience from the very first inquiry through checkout. She handles reservations, direct communication, pricing, stay details, and coordinates the team behind each apartment. Her goal is simple: make every guest feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely looked after throughout their stay.
Co-Host & Digital Support
Erik manages the digital and technical backbone of Casa Bella. With a background in telecommunications engineering, he ensures the fiber networks are flawlessly configured for remote workers, and helps welcome international travelers in English, German, Spanish, and Slovak.
Property Care & Maintenance
Alejandro is the hands-on support behind our properties in Playa del Carmen. He helps coordinate cleaning, maintenance, property checks, and arrivals whenever possible, making sure each apartment and its common areas remain cared for and ready for our guests.
